At Carolina Gym Supply, we stand behind our high-performance gymnastics equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns on standard, non-customized products to ensure your gym is perfectly equipped. Items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the equipment in its original boxing, ensuring all hardware and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our facility using a trackable carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear for compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
