Looking for a way to satisfy the new USAG rules for your Xcel Silver program? Carolina Gym Supply has the answer! Of course, the easiest way to meet the new requirements would be to turn your Level 3 System sideways but the vast majority of gyms simply do not have the space to do this. Our 5’ x 5’ system solves that problem by providing you with the matting system you need using minimal space. Our system is also unique in the fact that it includes a firm panel top that provides a much better surface for blocking or landing on. This can be beneficial for your Xcel program as well as other levels that land on a 5’ x 10’ system. Double up the entire system and you have that exact same full 5’ x 10’ system!

You may be thinking “But what am I going to do with a 5’ x 5’ matting system when I’m not using it for my Xcel program?” We are well aware that no one wants to spend money on a one-trick pony and that is why this system is made out of six 5’ x 5’ x 8” mats. When you’re not using this for your Xcel program, you can take the system apart and connect the 5’ x 5’ x 8” Mats via hook and loop fastener to make 5’ x 10’ x 8” Mats or larger. Who couldn’t use more than 8 inches?

If you aren't loving the system of 8” mats, we have other options! We also offer a 5’ x 5’ x 24” Pit with three 5’ x 5’ x 8” mats on top. Of course, a 5’ x 5’ x 24” Pit isn’t going to be very useful on its own but you can purchase two that will connect via hook and loop fastener to make a 5’ x 10’ x 24” Pit.

Still not sold? We have a third option! Instead of 8 inches or a pit, the bottom 24” can be made up of a 5’ x 10’ Folding Wedge that extends from 22” to 2”.
