What is the typical lead time for custom gymnastics mats?
Since many of our mats and pits are made-to-order in our US facility, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the season and order complexity.
Do you offer freight shipping for large equipment?
Yes, oversized items such as uneven bars, balance beams, and large foam pits are shipped via motor freight. We will contact you with a custom shipping quote after your order is placed.
How do I clean and maintain my vinyl-covered equipment?
We recommend using a mild soap and water solution or a specialized vinyl cleaner. Avoid harsh chemical solvents or bleach, as they can degrade the vinyl and reduce the lifespan of the mats.
Can I request custom colors for my gym's branding?
Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of vinyl colors. You can specify your color preferences during the checkout process or contact our design team for a custom mockup.
What is your return policy on gymnastics equipment?
Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-made products, including custom-colored mats and pits, are non-returnable.
